I went back to camp today, and yes, it’s my army camp somewhere and I dropped off at Yew Tee MRT station.
Actually, I’ve always wanted to return to camp. Primary it’s because I want to visit my RQ and Signal Store IC and some of the individuals who I have befriend and they have become [...]

Housefly.
I nearly cannot believe this after I read this in the Life section of today’s papers:
“It urged Mr Obama to be more humane towards flies and sent him a Katcha Bug Humane Bug Catcher, a device that allows users to trap a housefly and release it outside.”
I can’t comprehend with the fact that there are [...]

Tuition.
There are two general types of students – hardworking and self-motivated ones, and the lazy ones.
It’s apparent to me which type my tutees belong to. Laziness and unconcerned attitudes from my students do rub onto me, and it makes me irritated and impatient because I can’t see myself wasting time tutoring students who cannot be [...]

Sungei Buloh
An opportunity arised and an impulse sent me, Rong En, and his brother Ming En, all the way from civilisation to Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve yesterday.
I have never gone to Sungei Buloh and well, Tuesday was my first.

My sports are good, but ain’t that great enough to be in [...]

Assurance.
Assurance – that’s what friends are for.
To tell you that everything is alright; to make you feel calm and that whatever happens or has happened, it’s not exactly your fault and that there is no need to fret over it.
I’m grateful I have such friends.

6 months.
I just ended 6 months of work with the Ministry.
It has been a fulfilling 6 months of work, in which I have learnt and gained much.
The things that I have done and achieved can’t be put into words, simply because there are things that are just too sensitive in nature for me to put out [...]

Peach Blossoms
Lunch today was complimentary Dim Sum Buffet at Peach Blossoms. Since I have the time right now after ending work on Monday, it was a good treat for myself and I brought two friends along with me as well to enjoy some dim sum.
The dim sum was of course, good. But the best part came [...]

Peach Blossoms
We went for branch lunch today at Peach Blossoms, Marina Mandarin Hotel.
It was a farewell lunch for 4 officer in the branch (inc. me and another temp staff) and it’s quite painful to lose 4 officers within a month; gives no transition time at all, considering the branch is forever-ly busy.
We had Dim Sum Unlimited [...]
